يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ تِجَـٰرَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿١٠﴾ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتُجَـٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمْوَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١١﴾ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّـٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ وَمَسَـٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِى جَنَّـٰتِ عَدْنٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ﴿١٢﴾ وَأُخْرَىٰ تُحِبُّونَهَا ۖ نَصْرٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٣﴾

O you who believe, shall I guide you to a trade that will save you from a painful punishment? (10) You believe in Allah and His Messenger, and strive in the way of Allah with your wealth and your lives — that is better for you, if you but knew. (11) He will forgive you your sins and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow, and pleasant dwellings in the gardens of Eden — that is the great triumph. (12) And another [blessing] you love: victory from Allah and an imminent conquest. And give glad tidings to the believers. (13)

¡Oh, creyentes! ¿Os guío a un comercio que os salvará de un castigo doloroso? (10) Creéis en Allah y en Su Mensajero, y os esforzáis en el camino de Allah con vuestros bienes y vuestras vidas — eso es mejor para vosotros, si supierais. (11) Él os perdonará vuestros pecados y os hará entrar en jardines por donde corren los ríos, y moradas agradables en los jardines del Edén — ese es el gran triunfo. (12) Y otra [gracia] que amáis: la victoria de Allah y una conquista inminente. Y da buenas nuevas a los creyentes. (13)

হে ঈমানদারগণ! আমি কি তোমাদেরকে এমন ব্যবসার দিকে নির্দেশ দেব, যা তোমাদেরকে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি থেকে রক্ষা করবে? (১০) তোমরা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসূলের প্রতি ঈমান আনবে এবং আল্লাহর পথে নিজেদের ধন-প্রাণ দিয়ে জিহাদ করবে — এটাই তোমাদের জন্য কল্যাণকর, যদি তোমরা জানতে। (১১) তিনি তোমাদের পাপ ক্ষমা করবেন এবং প্রবেশ করাবেন জান্নাতে — যার নিচে নদী প্রবাহিত — এবং স্থায়ী জান্নাতের পবিত্র বাসগৃহে; এটাই মহান সাফল্য। (১২) আর আরেকটি (নেয়ামত) যা তোমরা ভালোবাসো: আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে সাহায্য এবং আসন্ন বিজয়। আর মুমিনদের সুসংবাদ দাও। (১৩)

Classical commentary — Ibn Kathir

وَقَالَ ابْنُ كَثِيرٍ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَاتِ: جَعَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى الْإِيمَانَ وَالْجِهَادَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ تِجَارَةً رَابِحَةً، ثَمَنُهَا الْجَنَّةُ، وَعَطَاؤُهَا الْمَغْفِرَةُ وَالرِّضْوَانُ وَالنَّصْرُ وَالْفَتْحُ، وَهَذِهِ بَشَارَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِالنَّصْرِ عَلَى أَعْدَائِهِمْ.

[EN] Ibn Kathir, on these verses: Allah made faith and striving in His way a profitable trade, whose price is Paradise and whose gift is forgiveness, contentment, victory, and conquest — and this is glad tidings to the believers of victory over their enemies. يايها ٱلذين ءامنوا هل ادلكم على تجرة تنجيكم من عذاب اليم ﴿١٠﴾ تومنون بٱلله ورسوله وتجهدون فى سبيل ٱلله بامولكم وانفسكم ذلكم خير لكم ان كنتم تعلمون ﴿١١﴾ يغفر لكم ذنوبكم ويدخلكم جنت تجرى من تحتها ٱلانهر ومسكن طيبة فى جنت عدن ذلك ٱلفوز ٱلعظيم ﴿١٢﴾ واخرى تحبونها نصر من ٱلله وفتح قريب وبشر ٱلمومنين ﴿١٣﴾ وقال ابن كثير في هذه الايات: جعل الله تعالى الايمان والجهاد في سبيله تجارة رابحة، ثمنها الجنة، وعطاوها المغفرة والرضوان والنصر والفتح، وهذه بشارة للمومنين بالنصر على اعدايهم.

Qur'an 61:10-13 addresses the believers with the image of a profitable trade — faith and striving in the way of Allah with wealth and lives — promising forgiveness, gardens, and 'victory from Allah and an imminent conquest'. The classical exegetes (al-Tabari; Ibn Kathir as above) read the verses within the frame of the fighting commands (see the entries on 2:190-193, 8:39, 9:5) and the promise of victory, and connected them to the context of the sura (the believers' ranks, 61:4; the strengthening of the believers). The verses are reproduced with their exact citations and the classical reading.

El Corán 61:10-13 se dirige a los creyentes con la imagen de un comercio provechoso — la fe y el esfuerzo en el camino de Allah con bienes y vidas — prometiendo el perdón, los jardines y «la victoria de Allah y una conquista inminente».
